Scenario without using the IR objects

Can we set a scenario that don't use the Integration Repository Objects for message exchange? If yes please explain...

Where can we use RFC sender channel?

Any way to initiate a scenario that that starts with RFC sender?

RFC Sender Adapter is used in case when u want to send any data from SAP R/3 to Others.
