IDES is not openning on my laptop

Hi guru's,

Please can anybody help, recently due to some mistake my ides is not openning. The error I found is

At the console tree ERP , MMC & after it process list is not turning into green from yellow colour

while clicking process list two round buttons are shown in the screen where first one is turning into green, but the other is remains in the ash colour its description is dispatcher & its status is stopped shown. what can I do to solve this error. please help me.

plz provide log files: dev_disp and at least one of the work processes like dev_w0

all the developer traces reside under \usr\sap\<your SID>\DVEBMGS<your SysNu00B0>\work

The reasons could be many. What was the problem you had

1) Did you change the password after that?

If so change back to your old password or change password of all SAP services in the services. How to do ---> START - RUN - enter SERVICES.MSC.

2) Not connecting to Database

3) Files missing

4) Your License could have expired

list is endless. Better if you can find a basis guy locally.
