using sales employee without hr module

Hi edexperts,

can anybody give the suggestion on how to use sales employee without hr module implementation. i want all sales employee wise reports without hr module.

i would appreciate if anybody give their valuble suggestions.

Dear Friend ,

To use HR Employee in the Sales Masters you need to following 2 setting.

1. Go to SPRO SD--> Master Data --> Sales WEmployee w/o HR Payroll execute the same..

You will be asked for 2 requests.

After which HR PAyroll table will be usable in the SD .

Then create sales employee : VPE1 from logistics screen .Give the grade and sub grade.

Save to get the personnel number (PRNNR).

2. GO to partner fumctions VOPA and select the partner procedure which is assigned to the account group and create a new partner function by coping PE ( sales employee).

Next in the Customer Masters go to partners in the sales area data tab.

Select the partner function SE and assign your created Personnel number .

Finally you acn use it in the report purposes..

In Standard SIS or create data basis

hello, friend.

the following general steps:

1. activate by going to IMG > SD > Master Data > Business partners > Use Sales employee without HR

2. define personnel areas and sub-personnel (optionally, also personnel groups and sub-groups) areas by going to IMG > Ent Struc > Defn > Human Resources Management

3. assign personnel area to company code via IMG > Ent Struc > Assignment > Human Resource Management

4. do PA04 to maintain personnel numbers

5. do PE03 for number range assignment

6. now do VPE1 to create sales personnel, VPE2 to change and VPE3 to display
