Unique Chapter ID for entire sales order irrespective MMR

Hi Gurus,

Is there a way to determine a Unique Chapter ID for entire sales order based on the first line item of the sales order? Here the scenario is delivery from project (PS) and invoice based on the sales order.

But the manual excise invoice (J1IS) is not applicable because most of them are export projects.

Dear Gangi

As for as Chapter ID is concerned, you need to maintain j1id for the combination of "Material / Chapter ID combination".

This is a one time job and you dont need to enter manually in sale order.
