i would just like to know

whether if we use any tools like schema builder or proxy generator or configurator assistant in integration directory

hi

generally we use configuration assistant to help us create ID object like SA,RD,RA,ID automatically.

we jus need to select the obejct from iR and the assistant will do the rest

Hey

No tool is required to do configurations in Integration directory,you just need to do configurations for sender and receiver based upon your requirement.

i generally follow the below order

Create Business system/service

Create sender/receiver communication channel

Create sender/receiver agreement

Interface determination

Receiver determination

In Intergartion Directory we use wizard to create the bussiness scenario, there is no such tool to create the schema or proxy.

Proxies are generated in ABAP Side (R/3) by using the tcode SPROXY.
