I am in procing error: Mandatory pricing condition ZPRI is missing. When I enter the the price for ZPRI condition, I gets error: Condition ZPRI cannot be processed manually.
I tried to fill condition records in VK11 for ZPRI, got error message : There are no access sequences for condition type ZPRI
Please advise what settings needs to be checked and changed.
Thanks
Naveen
there may b two possibilities in this case, if there is no access sequence and you still want to have a conditin value for ZPRI, then go to V/06 and in the changes which can made section remove the value D- which means no manual changes allowed. Select a space or manual changes allowed.
the other way is if you dont want to enter at sales order level then create the required conditin tables and list it for an access sequence and assign to ZPRI conditin type. Now go to VK11 and maintain records for the key combination required.

Hi Navneet,
Let me make it very simple for you.
Firstly go to your pricing procedure
SPRO - SD - BASIC FUNCTIONS - PRICING CONTROL - PRICING - MAINTAIN PRICING PROCEDURES
Here against your condition type ZPRI you will see that the mandatory field is selected/ticked. So this gets confirmed based on the message which is outputted by the SAP system.
Now go to V/06 and select ZPRI
Now go down and for field Manual entries: Select option C, this will ensure that whenever the condition type is captured, you can still enter values manually which will have priority , even if condition records are maintained for the same in VK11.
Now since ZPRI has no access sequence, you obviously wont have any condition records for this condition type.
Now when you create an order you can enter values for this condition type, in the line item, condition tab and system will accept it.
Hope this solve your query.
If it does, please dont forget to reward points for contribution.
Regards
Ravi

Hi
For your problem , go to ZPRI condtion type details and change the manual entry cant be processed to C (in the data manual changes is which can be made ) and then try . and if you want to put access sequence in that condition type ZPRI then you have to maintain VK11 for ZPRI.

Hi Naveen,
Its not allowing to change the price manually because it will be accordingly defined in conditions to be manually changeable or not.
Secondly the access sequence needs to be setup so that u can determine prices. Access sequence is a search mechanism to find the price relevant for the material at different levels. So it wil start with most specific to most generic level.
I think u dont have access sequence extended to the condition defined and hence the error . You create condition tables or use available ones, assign it to condtion and once done maintain the condiitons for the condtion using VK11.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
Sandeep

Dear Naveen
Go to V/07, select ZPRI and double click on "Accesses" of your left screen. Here see different tables are maintained. If not you have to maintain. For example, if you want to maintain price for the following combination, please maintain as follows:-
No.:::::Table:::::::Description::::::::::Requirement::::Exclusive
10::::::::4::::::::::::Material::::::::::::::::::::::0:::::::::::::::::::X:::::
20::::::::5::::::::::::Customer/Material:::::::0:::::::::::::::::::X:::::
Now go to VK11, type ZPRI so that the above two combinations will flow. Maintain your pricing for either of the combination and save. Now recreate your sale order.

hello, friend.
1. first, check your assignments in OVKK. ensure that ZPRI is indicated under the condition type column.
2. then, make sure your pricing condition type contains ZPRI by doing V/08.
3. next, do V/06 and inspect 'manual entries' to check if the values for manual entries is 'D'. if so, then manual entries are not possible. if required, change the value to allow manual entry.
4. also, in V/06, check if an access sequence has been assigned.
post again for results of your inspection.
regards.
