Self Diagnosis return ICM timeout

Dear all,

In a Solution Manager 4.0 system SPS15

running on Oracle 10.2.0.2 and Solaris

10, I call transaction DSWP and then

click on the button Self Diagnosis.

After 60 seconds, I get an ICM timeout

message as per below

500 Connection timed out

I use a user with SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW

that has roles SAP_SV_SOLUTION_MANAGER

and Z_SAP_RFC_SM_CONFIG as well

In dev_disp I get the error below when I see the ICM timeout

Hi Andreas,

just execute again the "Self Diagnosis" until you are able to see the expected screen. You might receive 3-5 time outs (or even more).

Probably, you have called it for the first time, compiling occurs.
