BW queues

We are currently undergoing an upgrade R/3 46C->ECC 6 and we are trying to housekeep our systems.

We have found unwanted BW queues in R/3 which we are trying to clear down.

We run transaction LBWQ and select queue MCEX04 and press delete.

The deletion takes a very long time to run.

The queue has about 5million records and the deletion is about one record per minute.

Can you please help us friends like

1. How to speed up this queue deletion please?

2. How do we stop these unwanted queues from appearing?

Someone (your BW guy maybe?) has activated delta queueing of some objects in MCEX04.

Check transaction SBIW and deactivate them if you´re sure you don´t need them.

I have checked , but i could n't find any queue. in SBIW.

- Rebuild TRFC* tables indexes and after that restart the delete process.

- via BRTOOLS reorganize TRFC* tables
