Hi,
Im using Pro/E integration with SAP.
In CAD Desktop,
If I try to check-in the documents its showing me an error.
DLG :- CONNECTION_BROKEN_TO_SAP
I was not able to figure out the Root cause.
Do any body have any idea on this?
Points will be rewarded.

MRK.
Hi MRK,
make sure you have put networrk address in DC20 for the PC you are using..
Also make an entry of server in Drivers host file...
Hope this helps..
Niranjan
P.S. Give me some screens of config and config document provided by Riess whose integrator you must be using, if Im not wrong. Else the config document of the integrator...
so that I can check what could be missing

Hi Niranjan,
I have checked all these configurations.
We have lot of config files here. But i didnt change any configuration in any the file.
It clearly says that the connectivity problem.
First time i can create DIR and check in files.
After check-out of files again im not able to check-in file.
this is the problem.
How this Check-in happens for the first time and not for the second time?
Regards,
MRK.
Just check if you have maintained some Storage location some where in config of ProE....
1st time when you check in the system will ask you for storage location, correct?
may be as soon as you check out and try checkin in the file, it refers to some other cstorage location which is not existing in landscape....
Just check
Niranjan
Let me know if it helps...
Hi Niranjan,
I found the problem is with "Document Status" and not with the config settings of PRO/E.
Im facing a different kind of problem like in a particular document status only im not able to check in my Original file into the content server. but in other status i can check-in the original file.
I will start this as a new thread and discuss.

MRK.
Hi MRK,
could you please inform us about the error message number or what DLG stands for.
Furhter you can check the coding part where this error message is raised by setting a breakpoint at statement 'message' in the debugger.
Start debugger with /h in the transaction code field and with the next step you will come to the debugger. Here go to menu 'Breakpoints' and select 'Breakpoint at' --> 'Statement'. In the pop-up enter text
'message' and press ENTER. Now the system will stop at every MESSAGE command and so you will find exactly the point where your error message is raised.
However this kind of error indicates to me that there is some connection problem to a CAD application maybe so please check if the necessary connection settings are correct.
Best regards,
Christoph
