picking of file

i have a dought.how to know whether file picking or not in file adapter .

Hi,

In RWB you could successfully monitro as the File adapter have picked up the file or not.

Even SXMB_MONi also gives you the detial monitoring

Even if you have implied delete or archive activity in Communication Channle for the file adapter after processing. That could indicate you about successful picking up of file.

Hi

if the file will be picked from the file adapter then u will get the message in the sxmb_moni.

if u select the processing mode as delete in the file adpter then the file will be deleted from the directory also and u can also check the file in the directory.

You can monitor this in number of ways.

1) see your SXMB_MONI, at every poll interval you will get new message.

2) choose delete option in your sender file channel to delete the file

2.a) you can move the file to other directory too

Hi,

For this you can set the File processing mode as Delete in Communication channel creation in ID.

Then the File will be deleted from the source DIR
