Communication Channel

Hi all,

I m creating communication channels in my scenario but its not getting displayed in the objects list ,nor in the change list.

Can anyone tel me wat can be the reason.

Hi Shweta Singh,

Just Check whether u are viewing ur own change list?

You can see your change list by,

go to Objects->BS ->channel, and Activate it,,

Might work!!

Hi

Did you find same problem before when you created communication channel? The newly created CC should be displayed on pressing the Save button.. You must restart the ID and try to find its working..

when you save any object when you create in ID an active version of the object is created in the specific change list...

frst of all save your object and check in change list .....it will show you there definitely.......

if u r not able to see the communication channel then u have to first save it then u will be able to see in the chenge list.

Go to Objects tab, right click on the channel choose add to scenario and choose the scenario.

If that doesn't work, try close and restart ID

You just save the changes and then close you ID and then login again.

r u viewing ur own change list?

go to tab, change list,

select User,

and check, Open Change List,

and click display

in case u cant see ur change list,

go to Objects, then to ur BS and then to ur channel, and then activate it

Well y cant it be saved......hmmmmmmm.....

SAVE Button can be used free of charge as often as you want!!!!

Try saving something with diffrent configuration.....

Hi,

Is that CC displayed in the scenario which you are using, If not goto objects tab and then include the CC from there to you scenario by clicking on the "add to scenario" button. If it is not activated then it might display in Objects tab as not activated. Check it.

Did u save first check this?

Else also check Chache Notifications any red bullets appears refresh it manually.

It should be visible whenever u save it. make sure that u r viewing the change list of ur own user.

U may also try just restarting ur ID.
