Upload for OPen Projects

Hi Gurus,

I have to upload all the open projects before we go live.

I have searched forum however a am not able to find out few details.Kindly let me know answers of following points:

(1) What shoull be hierrarchy of uploading data .W

what should be uploaded first:

Activity or Network or WBS or Project Definition.

Kindly Mention the hierrarchy.

(2) Once the hierrarchy is clear, please mention the method to upload them respectively.

Hi,

To upload projects from legacy system into SAP, you can use following methods.

1. Open PS: By using Open PS, projects can be uploaded from legacy system. Open PS tool is required for this purpose which is available in service .sap.com

2. LSMW : You can use LSMW to record project details

3. BAPI : There are standard BAPI available which can be used for uploading projects

Hierarchy should be Project, WBS, Network, Activity.
