output issue

Hi,

I have an invoice where if an output is triggered with medium 5 once, it is triggering mail. Again the next time when the Issue output to screen is triggered, it should give the Print preview. Instead it is sending the mail with out giving the print preview. This means, it is taking the previous message output only.

How do i control it? plz suggest with some test cases if possible.

Hi,

Try going to VF31 and see whether you can see the preview there.

I believe there will be two different output types, one for email and other for print out.

Now in that case, go to your invoice document in VF02, go to header, then output and enter your output type for Printing and say Save.

Now go to VF31 and see the preview there.

I think this way it shouldnt trigger email for the second time and you could still see the print preview.
