Hi all,
We have done client import in our QA System and few of the transactions are not working which are working fine in other clients...
Like GLC3..
Would like to know how to trace and rectify the issue..

Well.. you need to let us know if you get an error when you execute the transaction or it just simple does not exist or else... In the case that the transaction finish with errors you need to check either the dump created at ST22 or the error on log at SM21.
Anyhow you can do user traces with transaction ST01 and or performance traces with ST05.
In the case you need to debug a transaction then you need to call your abaper....
