Hi Venkat.

If the SAP Note mentioned by Kaushal does not solve the issue please give us some more information about your system. Which release are you on and which support package level is installed? Are you using a ABAP only or a JAVA+ABAP system?

Hi Venkat.

Have you implemented SAP Note 1105629 as Kaushal suggested? Next step would be to look if there are any entries in Table DB6NAVSYST. Can you please check if transaction DBACOCKPIT behaves in the same way? BTW: I would suggest using DBACOCKPIT instead of DB4COCKPIT anyway.

If implementing the SAP Note does not help you it might be the best solution to open a customer message at SAP. Please use component BC-DB-DB4 for this issue.

Hello Kaushal.

If you change something in your posting after you have sent it please make a short notice in the posting that something has been changed. Some of the members of this forum get the postings by e-mail and there you only get the original posting. It can be confusing if you want to respond to some statement in a posting and don't find it in the forum any longer.

Best regards,

Jan
