Hi experts,
we have lost password for ora<SID> unix user (and even <SID>adm unix user) for our DEV BW Server. Is there any possibility to change password from SAP or can be changed using rough power from ROOT account?

if you lost the password only user "root" can change your password... ask your Unix admin.

Jakub, you can change the orasid and sidadm passwords using normal unix tools.
you can use the unix tool
$passwd
