Licensing problem

I have installed BW 3.5, it was working fine till today. Now I am getting error during signing in. "License Problem". Since the hardware key is changed, I had to request a new License key. The problem I am having now is, how can I delete the previously installed license key so that I can put the new one on slicense transaction?

When I installed a new license key, I keep on getting error: "E:SLIC:113", I felt like I need to delete the old key first before I need to install a new one.

I had the same problem and went to command prompt and with saplicense command erase the expired license and later from GUI installed new license witout problems ....

Try using the "saplicense" DOS command on your server.

The parameter "-delete" allow you to delete the old keys.
