Guys,

I just tried downloading using IDM. I get this

"The server replies that you don't have permission to download the file"

error. I don't understand. I have given a valid sdn user and password.

Can some one please help me on this?

Has any one tried downloading recently? I have been getting this error

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #172.748f648.1208275360.2009253

However, I am able to initiate the download of smaller file.

Also, has any one tried free download manager for flashget ? I am not able to download the file using both of the tools.

Hi Saurabh,

I'm using Internet Download Manager too but unable to download. I'm getting error message "The server replies that you don't have permission to download this file. Detail:HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden".

Any setting before we download?

Thank you.

In Internet Explorer do the following - >tools ->Advanced ->HTTP 1.1 Setting ->check both the settings 1) Use HTTP 1.1 2) Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections

Reset you OSS ID password.

Hi Sourabh,

Were you successful in downloading the file from sdn? I have been facing the same problem. It terminates after 2gb. I tried free download manager and flashget. Both were not successful.
