How to know consiement stock is consume

Hi, sap guru,

In consinement sales process ,

after consinement fill up the stock keept at consinement stock and customer may consume or issue

my question is that how to system is know that consiment stock has issue from consiement fill stock

First check what all movements have happened for that material and that plant in the selected period of time using tcode MB51.

Firstly consignment fill up and returns is one cycle and second is consignment issue and pick up.

Now if you using first process, there should be some stock in MMBE to deliver to customer and then when fill up is done, the movement will bring stock in consigned to customer. Return will remove this.

After every transaction you can check MB51 in conjunction with MMBE to find what movement type is happening and where stock is moving.

After consignment fill up the stock for the material goes to the

special stock i.e. Consignment Stock the same u can check in

MMBE.

And when u do the Consignment issue "Item Category KEN"

is determined Which also has a special stock indicator.

same for the entire consignment process.

Check the Item categories KBN,Ken,Kan

yes,

U can view the cons. stock in the t.code of MB58. once the cons. issue is happened , the stock will be reduced in MB58.

Dear Ram

Once you do consignment fillup delivery and proforma (with movement type 631), the stock from Unrestricted will go to "Cust. Consignment" which you can see in MMBE.

Once the end customer pulls out some quantity from warehouse, you need to create an issue delivery from issue order (order type KE) and raise a commercial invoice (with movement type 633). Once you do issue delivery, from "Cust.consignment", the stock will get reduced and customer gets debited which you can see in Accounting Document.

only he might be create a consignment issue

In Consignment fillup / issue process, assume you are stocking your finished / salable materials in a warehouse duly appointed by you. This warehouse agent's duty is that he has to take care of incoming / outgoing materials and as and when the material goes out from his warehouse to end customer, he has to inform you the details of what has been pulled out, how much issued. Based on this, you have to update the system at your end.

Hi,

after you do the consignment fill up when the customer consumes the material ie he sells to the enduser he can communicate it to the company how much quantity has been issued. the same we can do a consignment issue in the system. Else an agent of the company would monitor the stocks at the consignee and he would on a regulare basis check the stock information and update.

Normally there would some business rules which the consignee follows to update this information back to the company so that he can keep on receiving the next set of consignment stocks on a continuous basis.
