Can i put two main windows in a smartform?

one page can have one main window in SF ,

if ur SF have two pages then u can have one for each .

In main window we put those data(values) which will flow in subsequent pages. In that case we have to put one main window in the fist page and in the second page also we need to put a main window.

If page 1 is the 1st page and page 2 is its next page then we will put 1 main window in page 1 and one in page 2.

Also width of the main window in both the pages need to be same. Otherwise you will get a dump while executing.

i kept like that only(one main window for one page)

But it is showing error that

TWO MAIN WINDOWS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Check the windows type in each page, make sure there is only 1 window set to "M Main Window".

i can under stand ur prob.

do one thing

place one main window on first page.

next

copy the same main window and paste it on the second page..!

then only it will allow you to place another main window ok.

other if you do it explicitly it gives an error message that two main windows are not allowed.

but U can also rename it again..!

but the width of the two main windows must be sammee..!

Hi,

You can put upto many main windows in smartform.

But 1 main window per page.
