Internet Service not found in R/3.

Hi Experts,

One of the internet services for ESS is not seen in our development system.Still the development portal is displaying that service. The same internet service is there in quality server and in the production.

Since the service is not in the development server I can't do the steps for migrating it into integrated ITS.

How can I get this service in development system.
