Can any one tell me apart from RFC, SOAP, HTTP, JDBC adapters which adapters support synchronous communication?
Hi Suresh,
except IDOC adapter, every other adapter can be used for synchronous communication with the help of some modules to be included in them externally.

Apart from these four adaper
the file adapter, jms(java messaging server), RINF,
and some external adapter
that is
CIDX
SAP BC
marketplace
partner adapter(SEEBURGER,iWay etc)
all these adapter are used in sysnc communication

The adapter whose quality of service is BE supports sysnchronus transfer.

Hi,
Apart from RFC, SOAP, HTTP, JDBC adapters, XI adapters as well as external adapters can be used for synchornous communciation
Even JMS adapter, File adapter can be used ofr synchornous communciation with the help of some of the Modules and BPM.
