Hi All,
A printer is printing japanese characters correctly from 1 system and is printing garbled characters from other system.
Device settings are same at SAP level in both the systems.At OS level also device settings is same.
Any possible reasons..

Hi Ajit,
Did u try the famous Restart Option .... At times printers when have this issue, we disconnect them, connect to another working port and reconect back to the same port...
It did work at times..It' has some relation to device drivers in the physical printer itself and not an SAP issue.. this can be one possibility in a million ..but thought of sharing this observation...

Hi Ajit,
Strange. Try this out: Export both the output device and device types from one system and import it into the other system and then check. Basically compare device type in both the systems. Most likely there must be some difference.
