Activate the Forecast tab in resource

In my resource i could not find forecast tab. how to activate the same

Hi

your question is very vague, what exactly are you expecting to see and where? A forecast is not normally done against a resource in APO only the end result of planning the production requirements creates demand against a resource.

Can you explain what your scenario does in a bit more detail then hopefully someone can help you achieve this.

We are working in block planning scenario. We need to generate demand from block. hence, it was suggested by sap help as below:

Only resources for which you have set the Forecast indicator on the Forecast tab page are taken into account. For resources without this indicator, the system checks whether requirements have already been generated. Any existing requirements are deleted

Hi dhaivakumar.

I'm guessing it is referring to the Planned Independent Requirements tab when you use the Create Blocks button from the Resource.
