Hi friends,

In partner determination if we want to create one sold to party and to him 3 ship to parties, 2 payers how it is to be configured in SAP.

How to change the address of one of the ship to parties after configuring above scenario.

Pl. provide solutions for my problem.

Hi,

Go to XD02 or BP and under partners tab, add the relevant ship-to-party and payers for this sold-to-party.

You can edit the address for ship-to-party by going into its master.

what lakshmipathi told is correct.

apart from this to change the address of ship to party.

goto XD02 enter soldto party number

goto sales area tab-> partner tab double click on ship to party. it wil open its master record. now you can change here also.

In configuration, it is enough if you create one each of sold to party, ship to party, payer and bill to party. You have to first create 3 ship to parties and 2 payers with the account group you created. So after saving, system will generate a number which you please make a note of it. Now go to sold to party through XD02 and assign the above codes so that you will have 3 ship to parties, 2 payers and 1 bill to party under one sold to party.

To change the address of one ship to party, go to XD02, give the ship to party code and select "General Data". Here you can change the address.
