Report for Previously approved shopping cart?

Hi,

Approvers are asking for visibility to their previously approved shopping carts in EBP.

Is there any standard transaction or is there any custom report. please help how to start with that.

Any ideas

Hi Venkatesh,

Go to 'Check Status', click on 'Extended Search' and select drop-down for 'Role' as 'Approved by me' or 'Rejected by me' to find out the list of Carts approved/rejected by the user.

The best technical report for SC is available at transaction BBP_PD.Here you can see all the details related to a particular SC.

Hi,

A suggestion for you.

1. You retrieved the list of approved shopping cart within a period (FM BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL)

2. For each of the SC, you called the FM BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVER_COUNT to get the approver whom has taken part in the approval process.

I am not sure how to use approver ID to get the list of SC though... maybe other has more ideas.
