Hi,
I'm facing a problem while printing a smartform. I have a logo in my smartform which is printed in an inverse manner while printing it in a laser printer. However, in some m/c's this logo is printed properly. Is any setting required somewhere to print this properly.
Please suggest.
Regards,
Anindita
hi dear
i faced the same issue at the time of implementation its not a issue of an abaper so as an abaper u need not to worry about it....please sit with basis guy he will reset the printer specification.....so dont worry...leave it as it is....basis will take care of it...

Hi Kumar,
I had faced same kind of problem,
Then I refreshed the printer specifications and it started working properly. But the thing is it is Basis or System admin problem.
Contact them and resolve ur issue,
if problem still persists, revert back
reward points if u find this as useful answer

Many times this question has been answered on this forum.
If Logo is appearing correct in preview & changes during printing then totally hardware problem specifically Printer problem.
Few drivers to be loaded to printer for image printing. Kindly contact hardware guys and get these printer drivers installed. problem will be resolved. Nothing to with SAP/Script or basis.
hope it helps

Hi,
I think it is a basis problem.
Tell them to handle this.
