Hello Experts,
I have Receiver File CC (FTP) in Quality Env. with one name say CC_File_Rec
And in Production Env. i have Receiver File CC (FTP) with same name CC_File_Rec
But the FTP user names in Quality & Production are different.
FTP server is same for Quality & Production.
Only the folder path is diff.
Now for Production Env. i m getting FTP Error.
& while traced we found that its Taking FTP user of Quality & thus not able to make FTP connection.
But i dont understand why its taking FTP user from Quality File CC???
Can anybody help me?

Hi Maheshwari,
But i dont understand why its taking FTP user from Quality File CC - it is because you transported your scenario from quality to production........so the CC parameters of quality are also transported to production............
since your FTP parameters for prd are different from quality, so you will have to log in to XI prd system, open SXMB_IFR transaction.......go to ID.............open the CC CC_File_Rec, edit it and put the correct parameters for FTP username and password and the folder path............then save and activate it........then your this FTP error will be removed.

Hi Maheshwari,
just check whether the CC is activated or not.......if it not activated, then activate it..............then just do a complete cache refresh on XI prd system by SXI_CACHE transaction................just do not execute your quality server scenario...............now execute your Prd system scenario and let me know what happens now..........

Hi Maheshwari,
Can you paste the error message from Channel Montioring ?
RWB => Component Monitoring => Display => adapter monitoring => Channel Monitoring
Is it stopped state or start state in the same page (Channel Monitoring) ?
Does the user have proper rights(read, write and execute) which you are using in File adpater ?
Thanks
Ramesh
Hi,
Re-enter the username, password and directory paths in production environment correctly without any spaces.
Is the production is in security zone and quality is in open zone ?
If you are still facing the error. Please provide us the exact error message hiding ur server details.
If you feel this is useful. Please give me reward points.
Thanks,

& user for Production is test(without t).
But in FTP tress which we got from Network guyes......... its connecting with ttest user & password of Production user............ so not able to connect
we are wondering why its taking ttest as Username???
Thanks
Maheshwari
