I am certified consultant, I have received the Oss id and login detail, i have to access the process but idont know hoe to do it pls suggest me the path.

Visti the site service.sap.com, check for the the note search option there, it will ask your Id and password.
Prase
go to
service.sap.com
and enter your credetials
