in vendor master i want the cin details tab to be appear. Presently now that tab is not showing.Could any one suggest how to make that tab appear in the vendor master..

but its a tab - cin details in vendor master.

we can alter the fields by the t code code you mentioned.

here i would like to know , how the cin details tab will appear in the vendor master.

dear i had faced same problem where some users were able to see this CIN TAB and some of us not.

This is because of some autorization contact your basis team member

Actully it seems there is an CIN patch that you get from SAP and after that all CIN related settings and changes take place. I tried in my system as well, didn't come up however in one of the systems i used to work we had to activate id from OBD3.

Goto

SPRO -> Logistics General -> Tax on Goods movement -> India -> Master Data -> Assign Users to Material Master Screen Sequence for Excise Duty

1. Double-click User Screen Reference.

2. Assign all users who need to see the excise duty information to the screen reference in the Vendor Master.

In the creation mode or change mode you can find the CIN Details icon in the header screen

this is the correct way to to make cin details appear in vendor mastor or customer master.
