Please Explain me about CT3 and ST-19 forms......

why we using this Forms.....

Hi

Cant say about ST19 since I didn't work on it. You maintain the Details of CT3 Form Number and other particulars in J1ILIC01.

J1IUN - Forms Tracking has a different connotation. You refer the CT3 Form (created in J1ILIC01) when you create the ARE3 Form in J1IA301.

PS: There is no automatic updation of the quantities despatched in Deemed Exports. You need to manually close the CT3 Form using J1ILIC05.

C.T.3 - Certificate for removal of excisable goods under bond

ST-19-Seller are required to give the operator(craft show,art fair or selling agent) a completed operator's certificate of complaince, i.e form ST-19

Wr can v maintain and wot transaction code can v use it...

I mean Every Export sales we have to update the Ct3 form. and in which situvation ST19 will come...
