track not visible in CMS - urgent

Hi ,

I am working on EJB -Webdynpro Dc projects. My application is working on production server , but i am not able to view track in CMS. what may be cause of this problem?? I haven't deleted track from CMS , still is not shown in CMS.Also when i am logging to DTR in Netweaver studio i am getting message "There is no build space with identifier APPL2(track name)" How can i resolve this problem???

Hi Kavitha,

From the error message what you have posted "There is no build space with identifier APPL2" It looks like the track has been deleted from CMS.

Because whenever you delete a track from CMS the corresponding build spaces also get deleted, but the DTR workspace have to be deleted manually.

To me it looks like the track has got deleted.

But additionally looking at the SCs in DTR you can recreate the track in CMS with the same name.That shud not be a problem.

If you are still doubtful about the track deletion you can open a message as suggested by Pascal.

Create a Customer Message, unless somebody in your organization intentionally deleted the track.
