601 Q movement

In SD, how do I create a delivery that does goods issue with G.I project stock (movement type 601 Q). There is a delivery creation in CNS0 in PS. Without CNS0, is it possible to create a delivery & post to project stock (special stock Q)?

Reason is we are using delivery without order reference.

Yes. When you do the VL01NO (dly w/o order reference) in item-->financial processing WBS element is blank. I can not input this value.

Requirement class is pointing to special stock Q but it is not selected in the delivery (LIPS-SOBKZ) item--> goods movement tab.

Don't know if this is the design or a bug.

I think you can't do that without ref. to order (for example - you can do assignment to WBS in sales order)
