SU01 delimit info type 0105/001

Hi Gurus,

Step 1) User A is created in R/3 (it is HR system as well)

Step 2) Replicated to SRM

Step 3) User A can create SC

Step 4) User A is deleted in R/3 as user has not logged on to R/3 for about 60 days

The standard SU01 deletion process, delimit the info type "0105/001" entry

Step 5) Change pointer replicate the change from HR to SRM

Step 6) User ID is deleted from SRM Org. structure

[ It is not acceptable by the business team as the User A using SRM everyday ]

Step 7) User A can't create shopping cart.....

yeah I got you, you didn't logon to R/3. So you should not logon to SRM also !!!

Any solution ?

Hi,

You can use the user exits available in the ALE for HR user transfer area in SRM.( We used to populate some attributes), but need to send some type of identifier when the user ID is deleted because of not using the system, as some cases you may need to delete the users, if they no longer working for your company.
