Hi Nagaraj,

I think you are updating the java stack completely, or you are deploying only the jspm component. I think you should first upload the jspm to current level and then start uploading the stack completely. Also make sure that what are the components present in your system and then place only the required files, Can you try re deploying them once again.

By restaring the java system.

Regards,

Vamshi.

I think this was the reason for the error

datajava.sql.SQLException: ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

To solve this error check the OSS note 1078459

Thanks

Hi Nagaraj,

Not very sure but you can try restarting the java stack seperately using smicm and just retry to deploy the jspm again.

Also check the jspm log what has caused this.

If possible post your log here.

Vamshi.

Hi Nagaraj,

If your java stack is an add-in then just paste the .sca files in usr/sap/trans/eps/in directory and then try to start the jspm.

Also make sure that you have logged in using <sid>adm and ur sdm password is correct.

Vamshi.

Hi ,

I guess you did not login from OS level with user <sid>adm. So if you didnt try that as it has some special authorizations where administrator did not had.

Also checkout if the listener is on by typing "lsnrctl" from command line and hit status

Reward points if useful

Check whether DB and listner is up and running. Also check the parameter parallel_max_servers , it might be set to too small

Thanks
