Hello Hari,

For your first point check in IMG (SRM 5.0):

SAP Web Application Server -> General Settings -> Set Countries -> Set Country-Specific Checks

For each country, you have in area "Further checks" box called 'Postal code req. entry'.

If it is set, postal code is mandatory

For your second point, check in IMG (SRM 5.0):

SAP Web Application Server -> General Settings -> Set Countries -> Insert Regions or Define Country Codes

Maybe, your vendor country is not declared in SRM.

Hoping this will be useful for you.

Regards.

Laurent Burtaire.

Hi,

The postal code is mandatory and the SLG1 tells you that in ECC in the vendor master, the postal code is missing in the address.

Please fill in the postal code in ECC and then trigger the replication again.

same rule apply to country code

Kind regards,

Yann
