Activities prior to and after production ?

can any body share the experince regarding the activities that we need to take care of before going into production and after production ?

Hi Kapu,

Make the recovery plan before go live so that something goes wrong your business should not stop. Follow SAP provided go live activities weekly and fortnightly checks. Also see some production errors and their solutions here:
