Can't download Sherlok

We have a memory issue on WAS 640 SP14 that we deperately need to resolve. Sherlok would be the ideal tool. However, in spite of being registered on SDN, attempting to download Sherlok via the link at https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloads gives the error "403 - Sorry, you do not have the correct

permissions to access this page.". The URL generating this error is https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloaditem?rid=/webcontent/uuid/079f3759-0501-0010-e3a4-c469e309b8... [original link is broken]

Can anyone help? If someone could email me a copy of Sherlok asap, I would be very grateful.
