Different WBS Element in Sales Order & Invoice

Hi,

WBS element in sales order is not picked in Invoice, instead a different WBS element of the same project is being picked.

Actually the WBS element of the Sales order should be picked up automatically in the Invoice. (The WBS element in Sales order is relevant for invoicing )

Is there any specific reason to happen so.

Hi Gururaj,

Have you maintained the operative indicator in WBS Element for which you want to include in sales order & invoice.

Go to T.code VA02 click on the billing plan & below you will find the Milestone billing click on the same it will ask you the WBS Element number on entering the same you can find various Milestone created.

Go to Billing document under change (T.code VF02) & check in item details tab.

Check whether you Sales order is assigned to Header WBS.
