Problems with Pricing type G for creditmemos

HI

We set under copy control from sales document to billing type ( G2creditmemo request to G2-creditmemo) item cat G2W-pricing type as G-Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes. Tcode VTFA

Problem Information:

In creditmemo request condition type UTXJ is picking up -which is very importatn to calculate Vertex taxes...

where as when we are creating creditmemo in VF01 for this sales document UTXJ is not picking up...

Under analysis we get message ( UTXJ condtion record found but not set)...

I know normally if we get this message.. as per stnd SAP if someone in change mode of that condtion type at the time of creation we get this...

but i observed clearly that since few months UTXJ is not picking up in any of my credimemo.. causing severe problems.. no one able to notice this..

Is 'G' causing this problem.. if so how do we check this?

We cant check in debug mode.. to set any break poitn related to 'G'

If its 'G' why G is causing this..

ideally if its G syustem shoudl recalculate UTXJ as condition record already exists it shud pick up...

any clues will be appreciable..

Instead of G, please try with "D" in Pricing Type of copy control
