Customer Master Records...........

Dear SAP Gurus.....

I have created Customer in finance with FD01 and now My company has the requirement to assgin the sales area to the same customers .

Is it possible to do so.

While doing so in XD01 the system doesnot allow to do the changes..

please suggest the way in which the customers can be extended to sales area .

Hi

Use T Code VD01, enter your customer number and give your sales area....

maintain the needed/relevent data's and save

Use XD01 and use the already known customer number in combination with the requested sales area.. Also refer to the exisiting customer for the maintained company code (reference).
