Catalog error " You must log on correctly before you can use this appl"

Hi All,

When I click on the a catalog from shopping cart menu error message

" You must log on correctly before you can use this application" prompted. I have 2 catalog defined and the error only happen for 1 of the catalog. The other works fine.

The catalog has been defined in SPRO : Define External Web Services (Catalogs, Vendor Lists etc.).

Integrated call structure.

In the transaction SLG1, the log shows "CATALOG PCARD not found".

Could anyone give me a hint what else I could check to resolve this issue.

Hi,

This may me issue of accessing the catelog(user ID and password)If this is your external catalogs, contact the admin at their side, if this is CCM catalog, make sure user id and password id correct in the call structure.

I found the catalog ID was wrong in the call structure
