Hi all,
When I try to open BW system on SAP logon, there is a progress bar which shows up "Waiting for response" and it remains like that.
There is no error shown and I am not able to login.
Can anyone tell me what could be the possible reasons and how can I resolve it.
Could it be a problem with SAPGUI or some thing on the application server.
Points will be rewarded. Please help.
Regards,
Deepti.
points will be rewarded? I don't think so.
you never awarded points before... so I doubt you would start now!
Seriously, make sure that you SAP server is really up and running before trying to connect.

Hi. First check if your PC have network authorization to BW server , in START>RUN>CMD
press "PING IP_Address" where P_Address is IP your BW servers ip (like 192.168.17.17).
If the PING is up, second check if your SAP server is started.
Usually if "There is no error shown and I am not able to login" --> it's means the /oracle/SID/oraarch is FULL
check the oraarch folder on your BW server.
Regards. Reward if helpful.
