I need some guidance to resolve the following issue.
I have a make to order material which is externally planned (in APO).
Once the sales order is created, it's supposed to hit the Heuristics (automatically) in APO and create a planned order which i should be able to view in the product view in APO. But the planned order does not get created. But if i run the heuristic manually in APO, it works fine and the planned order is created.
My guess is that the heuristic is not getting triggered automatically, can you throw some light on the possible causes of this error and how to go about resolving this.
Note : The above system works fine for another material. i'm facing this problem only with one particular material.
I couldn't locate any good reading material on auto heuristics in APO in help.sap.com and knowledge warehouse. It would be great if you can direct me to some relevant material.
