How to Delete Backorders from APO

We want to delete some backorders cifed from R/3.

What is the txn for this ?

Do you mean backorders are the ones where MAD is after the requirements date ? I understand backorders to be late fulfilled demands. The best way I would go about doing is to setup PPDS alerts. Go to transaction /sapapo/amon1 and setup alerts on "Orders in Past". In Receipts view (/sapapo/rrp4) or requirements view as the case may be, you can use the Date/Time alert as a filtering criteria to get a list of orders to delete.

do you mean orders that are in the past

try the following programs

/sapapo/sdorder_delete for sales orders

/sapapo/pp_order_delete - for planner orders and purchase reqs

/sapapo/rlcdelete - for rest of the lot

(i might be wrong with the exact program code but try the key words in them with * in between instead of _ )

The above transaction is to delete the backorder processing but not to delete the back orders i guess.
