Vendor address replication

Hi all,

I created a vendor on ECC system and in Purchase Organization Data I inserted two different addresses (one for vendor, one for purchase order vendor with partner role).

When I replicate it to SRM(BBPGETVD txn), in SRM Business Partner data, I don't see purchase order address. Why? Is there a way to replicate all ECC vendor addresses?

Hi Maria,

When you replicate the vendor from bacend ECC to R/3, the address you get is the address maintained in the Address screen of XK01 txn for that vendor.

In case you want to maintain ordering address, ship to address etc etc you can do that using BP txn in SRM by inputting the business partner number.

In the address tab you can maintain Standard address with Validity and in the Address Overview tab you can maintain all other addresses like Ordering address, shipping address of vendor, ship-to party address, Invoicing party address etc.
