[URGENT] No approval workflow found; inform the system administration

Hi everyone,

while creating a new shopping which requires approval all users are facing the error message "No approval workflow found; inform the system administration"

Have you guys get any clue on this kind of issue? Any help will be welcomed and rewards will be given. Thanks in advance,

Hi Luis,

You have a missing configuration point for the workflow.

Your SC starting conditions does not exist.

Please configure the WF in SRM SPRO -> SRM-> cross applicattion-> SAP B. WF-> starting conditions.
