Error at Phase SHDINST_OS in 4.71 upgrade

Hi,

I am getting the below error. i created a service SAPDEV_01 by using the below give syntax, it was created but when i am trying to start that service(SAPDEV_01) i am getting an error called " cannot start the service in the local computer. error1069: service could not start due to logon failure." so please help me in solving below error:

An error occurred during the installation of the

SAP service SAPDEV_01:

Possibly the password for user .\SAPServiceDEV entered in phase

INITPUT was wrong. You can reset it by calling 'R3up set stdpar'.

Try to execute SAPSTARTSRV.EXE manually using the following syntax:

C:\usr\sap\put\exe\sapstartsrv.exe -r

-p C:\usr\sap\put\DEV\SYS\profile\START_DVEBMGS01_home1 -s DEV -n 01

-U .\SAPServiceDEV -P <PASSWORD> -e HOME1\devadm

and check if the service SAPDEV_01 can be stopped and restarted.
