BAM Infrastructure in PI 7.1

Does anyone know what is new with regard to BAM infrastructure in PI 7,1?

Some of the demos I have seen on BAM uses standard ccBPM features to model the process and send alerts. This can be accomplished in XI 3.0.

Am I missing anything that is not there in XI 3.0 but is in PI 7.1 with regards to BAM?

Thanks for your reply.

I have gone through all the links in the blog in the past.

We are in the process of looking at evaluating a custom built Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and I do not see any significant changes in ccBPM between XI 3.0 and PI 7,1.

I also wanted to know how to handle the Business Activity Monitoring into PI. We are using 7.3, and I do not know how to have reporting on the XML payloads being processed by PI.

Any help is appreciated.
