Please check if the SAPARCH or ORAARCH logs are full. Check the alert log.

IF ON RAID DISKS CHECK FOR ENOUGH FREE SPACE

Let me know, if all ok will give you a work around

Hi,

Check your permission of >> write fault error at data file "F:\oracle/ORC/mirrlogB/log_g12m2.dbf.

Your data may have been corrupted. You may have to re-install again.

Check your disk space as well

Thanks,

Hi,

thanks for your help.

result of chkdsk F: /F/R

free memory: 169 GB

Abort by step 4 from 5. External disk F hasn't got enough space in order to restore defective cluster.

What can I do?

Are you using local connected disks (SCSI, Fibrechannel)? Is the disk full?

it looks like you have disk corruption...

try to rename file F:\oracle/ORC/mirrlogB/log_g12m2.dbf to log_g12m2.SCRAP

then try again.

It seems some other Windows process, e.g. a backup, was locking an Oracle file.

You will find a lot of info if you google with these keywords:
